Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Lecture and National Awards Corpus Fund
In implementing the panchayati raj and rural development activities and programmes in memory of Shri Rajiv Gandhiji every year, the Founders of the Academy of Grassroots Studies and Research of India has established the
Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Lecture and National Awards Corpus Fund in the year 2014, with initial Corpus of Rs.2 Lakhs in Andhra Bank, Balaji Nagar Branch, Tirupati. The Academy is contemplating to mobilise the required Corpus Fund for the said purpose and it would be deposited in Nationalised Banks, for the sustainability of the activities and programmes in memory of Shri Rajiv Gandhiji. All the on-going and proposed new activities would be organised with the interest amount that accrues out of the Corpus Fund.
The Academy has constituted the AGRASRI Trust under the Chairmanship of
Dr. Subhash C. Kashyap, Former Secretary-General of Lok Sabha and Founder Chairman of the AGRASRI Board of Governors. Few distinguished persons have been associated with the AGRASRI Trust, as Trustees. The Founder of AGRASRI
Dr. D. Sundar Ram is the Managing Trustee and Co-founder of AGRASRI
Mrs. D. Bharathi Sundar is the Joint Managing Trustee of the AGRASRI Trust.
Mrs. D. Sucharitha and
Mr. D. Sai Kumar are the Trustees of the AGRASRI Trust.
The Academy is approaching eminent Industrialists, Philanthropists and Donors all over India for generous support and patronage to the Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Lecture and National Awards Corpus Fund.
The donations amount may be sent by DD/Cheque drawn in favour of Academy of Grassroots Studies and Research of India, Tirupati, payable at Tirupati on any Nationalised bank. The donations amount may be remitted through NEFT also.
