Any person of Indian Origin or a foreign National holding a University Degree/Diploma or an equivalent qualification and who is/had been elected as representative of Panchayati Raj Institutions, Nagar Palika Institutions, Non-Governmental Organisations; or a person having an expertise and scholarship on grassroots democratic institutions is eligible for Life Membership, by paying the admissible Membership fee from time to time.
